We designed T-Hub as a dynamic innovation ecosystem that fosters collaboration and community. Its horizontally expansive, non-hierarchical layout creates micro-villages on each level, all connected through a central atrium. Transparent sightlines, fluid circulation, and open terraces encourage interaction, while modular planning adapts to the needs of growing start-ups. With sustainable strategies from daylight optimization to passive ventilation and water-sensitive design T-Hub stands as a future-ready symbol of openness and adaptability.
